Privacy

YuanTrends is a read-only news site. We do not run third-party analytics, advertising networks, or social tracking scripts on the public site. No cookies are set on the client by the front-end code.

Server logs

As with any internet-facing service, our hosting provider (Vercel) records standard request logs (timestamp, IP, user agent, request path, response code) for the purpose of operating the service. These logs are not used for advertising or behavioural tracking, and are retained for the minimum time required for operations and security.

Newsletter

The newsletter signup form (in the site footer) submits an email address to our newsletter provider. The provider's own privacy policy governs the data they hold; we receive the email address and a subscription state. Unsubscribe is one click in every email.

Changes

Material changes to this policy will be reflected on this page with a revised "last updated" date. The full change log is maintained in the project repository.
